Flat-Rate Repair Fee

We use a flat-rate of $69 for almost all of our repair services - including computer, electronics, and consumer device repairs. This flat-rate repair fee covers our technicians time and labor - and your diagnostic fees are applied toward this amount if you choose to have the work completed.

If you paid $0 for an in-person diagnostic and agree to the work, you'll need to pay $69 plus any parts/licensing and return shipping.

If you paid $19 for your local pickup diagnostic and agree to the work, you'll need to pay $50 plus any parts/licensing and return shipping. If you decline the repair, your diagnostic fee will cover returning your device to you.

If you paid $39 for your ship-in diagnostic and agree to the work, you'll need to pay $30 plus any parts/licensing and return shipping. If you decline the repair, your diagnostic fee will cover returning your device to you.

Not included in our flat-rate repair price:

• Local pickups or onsite technician travel fees
  
• Initial shipping of your device to us (for ship-in repairs)
  
• Return shipping back to you (unless you opt out of repairs)
• Hardware parts, if we have to purchase them
• Software licensing, if you need or want non-free apps
• Specialized services such as data recovery, digital-forensics, etc.
• Advanced or infrastructure level architecture setup and configuration
