Ship-in repairs diagnostic fees are credited to our flat-rate repair fee of $69 if you accept the repair details. The diagnostic fee otherwise covers our time and shipping of your device back to you safely (if you decline to have your device repaired.)

Hardware Repairs:

1. Disc Drive Repair or Replacement: This covers issues with the system not reading games, movies, or music discs, or if the drive is making unusual noises.

2. Hard Drive Repair or Replacement: If a console is having trouble loading games or booting up, it could be a sign of a failing hard drive. These can often be replaced or upgraded to a larger size.

3. Power Supply Repair or Replacement: If a system isn't turning on, it may be a problem with the power supply which can be repaired or replaced.

4. Fan Repair or Replacement: Overheating can lead to system failures. If the console is running hot, or the fan is excessively loud, the fan may need to be cleaned, repaired, or replaced.

5. HDMI Port Repair or Replacement: If the screen display is not working, the HDMI port might be damaged.

6. Controller Repairs: This includes analog stick drift, button malfunctions, or connectivity issues.

Not included in price:

• Initial shipping of your device to us
• Return shipping back to you (unless you opt out of repairs)
• Hardware parts, if we have to purchase them
• Software licensing, if you need or want non-free apps
• Specialized services such as data recovery, digital-forensics, etc.
