A certified technician - local from Grove City, Ohio - will physically show up at your location (home or business) and help you fix your issue.

For on-site local repairs, we use a simple flat-rate fee that covers diagnostics and repair service for almost any type of non-commercial computer repair. Our onsite technician fees are not credited towards your repair but are free for those within a mile of our office.

Supported local on-site repairs:

• Operating systems including Windows, Mac, Chromebook, Linux/Unix
  
• Software scripts, applications, services, and daemons
• Performance due to malware or misconfiguration
• Application installation or updates
• Issues with apps or software workflows not functioning
  
• Hardware testing and some parts replacement
• Peripherals and electronic accessories
• WIFI and networking setup, testing, and reconfiguration
• Most home and business devices or systems

In the event the problem cannot be solved onsite, we will repair your computer in our local lab at no additional repair cost:

A Grove City Tech Lab technician will call you to confirm the location, details, and appointment time after purchase.

Not included in price:

• Hardware parts, if we have to purchase them
• Software licensing, if you need or want non-free apps
